Refund Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Tickets for our performances are sold by Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster's Purchase Policy governs refunds and exchanges. This page summarizes how it applies to our performances.
All sales are final
Please check the date, time and seats before you buy. Tickets cannot be returned or refunded because you can no longer attend.
If you can't attend
-
Transfer your tickets. Where available, Ticketmaster's Ticket Transfer lets you send your tickets to a friend or family member from your Ticketmaster account.
-
Exchanges. Where Ticketmaster offers exchanges for a performance, tickets may be exchanged for tickets of equal or higher price. A per-ticket fee may apply. Exchanges are not available less than 24 hours before the performance. Contact Ticketmaster to ask.
If a performance is cancelled
You don't need to do anything. Ticketmaster refunds the original purchaser automatically, to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund covers the ticket price, any extras bought with the ticket and, typically, service fees. It does not cover expedited delivery charges or merchandise. Timing depends on when Ticketmaster receives the funds.
If a performance is postponed, rescheduled or moved
Your tickets remain valid for the new date, time or venue, and you don't need to do anything. If we offer refunds or credits for the changed performance, Ticketmaster will try to notify you with the options and the deadline. Notices can be missed, so please check the event in your Ticketmaster account. Requests made after the deadline cannot be accepted. A choice of refund or credit applies to the whole order and cannot be changed once made.
Good to know
-
Only the original purchaser can receive a refund. If a performance is cancelled, the refund goes to the original purchaser automatically and the person who received transferred tickets does not need to do anything. If a performance is postponed or moved and refunds are offered, transferred tickets must first be transferred back to the original purchaser, who then contacts Ticketmaster.
-
Changes to the cast or guest artists are not grounds for a refund.
-
Tickets bought from resellers or other unofficial sources are not covered by this policy.
-
If you bought ticket insurance, contact the insurance provider about claims.
-
Audition registration fees are non-refundable.
